Welcome to Shibuye Community Health Workers 

Shibuye Community Health Workers is a grassroots women led Community Based Organization that was founded in 1999 by 15 grassroots women to respond to health related issues in the community after being trained by Mukumu Mission Hospital. In 2001, Shibuye CHW was registered as a women Self Help Group working in Shibuye Location in Kakamega East District. In the year 2002 the organization realised an increase in the number of people who were ailing from HIV/AIDS related illness.
